Confirm your 2021 Santa appointment with Big Apple Portraits on 143 West 72nd. Deposits are required for all appointments.
Your $50 is partial payment toward your package of holiday photos from Big Apple Portraits. You will choose which package after your photo session and the $50 will be applied to the total amount purchased.

Cancellations and rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances on the client’s part remain at the discretion of Big Apple Portraits. In most cases, where notice is given, an alternative can be arranged. Failure to notify Big Apple Portraits of any changes, will result in forfeiture of the $50 payment.
- Failure to comply with Santa session scheduling will result in loss of voucher promotional value and $50 of the paid value.
- You have the ability to reschedule your date based on availability up 3 days before your scheduled session.
- Sessions not rescheduled will 3 day prior to your scheduled session are non-refundable payments.
- Sessions without an available reschedule date will be eligible to transfer the deposit to another package option that must be used prior to December 15th, 2022 or Big Apple Portraits will retain said deposit.
